If for any reason you are dissatisfied at any time during the 60 days after purchase, simply mail the product back to us.

Once we receive your product, we will begin processing your refund, which will take 3-5 business days.

To be eligible for a refund, your refund request must arrive no later than 60 days after the product is shipped to you. You can find the date on the package when you receive it or inside your confirmation email.

Send an email to contacto@originalmanufacturerproduct.fun specifying which product you would like to return and have your refund, after which we will send you the address where you should send the product.

Please keep in mind that we do not support return shipping costs, the shipping cost for you to send the product back to us is at your expense.

After you have sent us the email requesting the refund, we will send you the address to which you must send the product back to us, so just send us the product.

The product must be in the original packaging even if it has been opened or has a defect. Upon arrival of the product at our address, we will refund the amount in the form of a chargeback to your card, paypal or the payment method used. If the payment method was in cash, the chargeback will occur by debiting the account, in which case the steps will be explained during the process via email.

Exchanges for other products are not accepted, if you buy the wrong product or regret it, the process carried out is as stated above and after you are refunded, you can purchase the correct product if you wish.
